In order to dance you will need leotards, ballet shoes of course, camisoles, tights, tutus and a lot of other clothing items to complete your costume. The reason that ballet dancers typically wear leotards is because that’s what shows their body alignment the best.

To ensure that the ballet costumes are perfect, give them plenty of thought to take into account the dancer’s age. Before starting to design the costume, think of the age and build of the dancers. The fact is that different styles of ballet costumes are age-appropriate.
