While it’s time to go hiking, one of the most decisive pieces of gear that is most often overlooked is that of hiking socks. It may be hard to believe, but it’s true; good hiking footwear.

Drying, You should always dry the hiking footwear at once after you completed washing them, as wet footwear will be heavy in weight and thus makes your trip difficult. Never dry them near a heat source (even if you want to dry the shoes quickly) as it will substantially damage their quality. Dry them naturally by storing them in a caring, dry area.

Sealing handling, Always apply two layers of waterproofing product besides one thick layer to get best results. Never use oil to waterproof your leather hiking footwear. As it softens the leather and reduces it.
